These people are extremely committed to getting the work done. Despite numerous setbacks by our client, and change in requirements, they pressed on and got the job done no matter what it took. I was also very impressed with his documentation and just general discipline. From about a dozen of applicants only Awais was able to convert a DOC to PDF after a CreateSpace profile correctly. In spite of the fact that the DOC contained a lot of images rainging from 150 to 600 dpi and an exceptionally complex layout, he did the job quickly and carefully.
